Riders and runners in the Point to Point, powered by VSECU, commit to raising a minimum of $150 by event day—August 10—to benefit the Vermont Foodbank. Participants must meet their $150 commitment by the day of the event to participate.
Participants can pay online or by check or credit card during check-in on event day. (Hint: paying online saves time at registration)
The mission of the Vermont Foodbank is to gather and share quality food and nurture partnerships to ensure that no one in Vermont will go hungry. Each year, the Vermont Foodbank, and their network of partners throughout the state, serve as many as 153,000 Vermonters in need of emergency food assistance. Funds from the Point to Point, powered by VSECU, support the Vermont Foodbank's ongoing mission to fight hunger in Vermont. All contributions are tax-deductible as allowable by law. Need an incentive to help fight hunger in Vermont? How about a new bike? When you raise $200 or more for the Vermont Foodbank as part of the 2019 Point to Point, your name will be entered to win one of two bikes, as shown below.
Here's how it works: Registered riders and runners who raise over $200 in donations are entered into the drawing. The first person picked gets first choice of bike, the second picked gets the remaining bike. The drawing will be held at the Point to Point Festival. Participants must be present to win.
