Tour Montpelier and beyond on our 13.1-mile route of mostly unpaved roads. Grab some energizing food on the State House Lawn as part of your pre-run routine. Then, take advantage of two rest stations along the way where you can hydrate, refuel, use the restroom, and get any support you need from Onion River Outdoors. As you come down the home stretch, you’ll be greeted by cheers and music on the State House Lawn before collecting your amazing swag bag, Point to Point t-shirt, a post-ride meal, and free beer if you’re 21+. Sounds like plenty of good reasons to run a half marathon, don’t you think?

What you do after your run is just as important as how you prepare for it. We’ll have showers, soap, and towels for you to refresh. We’ll also have a wellness tent—reserved just for Point to Point participants—where you can find massages, guided meditations, stretching classes, ice, and all kinds of snacks and beverages for you to replenish.
We’ve mapped your half marathon route on Ride with GPS, where you can see turns, twists, elevation gains, and other details. Since cell phone coverage can be limited in certain areas of Vermont, you’ll have free access to the Ride with GPS app to help guide you during your run.
All rest stops will offer water, energy rich snacks, a portolette, and basic first aid. In order to manage the operations of the route, runners must enter the rest stops prior to the cutoff time.
